SteelStorage

• The Steel Storage corridor system is constructed with 500mm wide gloss white Colorbond coated zincalume.
• Our steel is hi-tensile and has safety edged panels with tongue and groove fittings and safety edges to all return folds.
• There are no exposed rivets or studwork to corridor walls (except fittings to corner protectors and kicker plate).
• Corridor fixings are fitted into pre-finished colourbond top and bottom tracks.

Buffer rail

All internal hallway partition walls are protected by two rows of un-sealed timber buffer rails. These rails are hardwood for optimal protection against daily wear and tear and are strategically located based on typical trolley sizes. The buffer rail has a beautiful and consistent finish. The buffer rail can also be manufactured from chequer plate if required.

Corner protectors

A chequer plate aluminium or galvanized steel corner protector is fitted to all external hallway corners.

Ceiling soffit systems

To give a clean, streamlined look to long corridors, our ceiling soffit system obscures dark roof voids and creates a bright attractive environment for customers. Soffits are manufactured from gloss white colorbond coated zincalume hi-tensile steel with high-gloss for greater light reflection. The ceiling soffit system is also a convenient and cost effective way to run cables and support lights

Kicker Plate

Aluminium or galvanized steel kicker plate may be fitted to corridor panels to protect wall panels from accidental damage caused by customer’s trolleys.

Mesh

Galvanised mild steel wire mesh (2mm wire x 50mm pitch) can be fitted to tops of units where specified for added security where there is a significant gap between tops of units and ceilings/roof over.
