New state of the art machinery takes Steel Storage Asia to the next level
April 2010 - Steel Storage Asia have ordered two new machines for the Singapore operations to enable the company to manufacture new doors to the new higher standard.
As a direct result of this investment, Steel Storage Asia will have:
- Production machinery, which will provide an enabling technology platform for Steel Storage Asia
- A high capacity facility with flexible production technology, allowing it to meet the growing needs of Asia, Japan and Australia.
- A backup production facility to the Steel Storage Europe production facility in London
- The capability to produce small production runs of new components under development by Steel Storage
- Shortened production time and better just-in-time production capability thus gaining commercial advantage and improved cash flow
