We are looking for a dynamic Sales Co-ordinator, who can promote and grow the core business in Asia by
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Meeting and/or exceeding the Sales Budgets.
- Promoting growth and knowledge of our product.
- Identifying and nurturing potential new clients.
- Identify opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Ensuring maximum conversion of enquiries into order confirmation.
- Ensuring repeat business through a competitive professional approach, quality control and customer service.
- Analysis of competitive behaviour and market developments
- Assisting with market developments and identifying new opportunities
The Self-storage industry is still new to Asia and a large part of the sales activity will be to develop new markets and indentify potential sites and partners for expansion and new market entry.
Personal specifications:
- Proven sales performer
- Computer literacy – preferably including AutoCad
- Strong customer focus
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and methodology (particularly steel)
- Ability to work autonomously, yet a team player
- Proactive problem solver
- Able and willing to travel
- Creative solutions thinker
- Engaged & team oriented with personal drive and motivation
- Understand need to meet (sometimes short) deadlines.
