Special Features
A small wine storage for few customers only, but the solution has ensured a great utilisation of a space hard to use for other purposes and serves customers in surrounding units. Utilisation of the finished product expected to be 100% within two months of opening and client already looking for further expansion opportunities.

Learning Experience
Small and quick installation of wine storage, which will be able to replicate for other small projects. The customer benefited from the ability to get greater continuous airflow by increased use of perforated panelling.
Of utmost importance to wine of course, is to have a complete absence of smell. The construction is, with the client, focused on eliminating all use of glue, varnish, cleaning material etc to prevent any kind of smell that can negatively impact the wines stored.

1. THE EMPTY UNIT
The building consists of many units of difficult to use space with dimensions of 8 x 8 x 6 meters (w x d x h).  To get better use of the space, we assisted the customer in the design of the cold room, with due consideration to the overall plot and load restrictions in place.

2. COLD ROOM INSTALLATION
The cold room installation was quick and build with the need to accommodate the storage units. Assembly is without any kind of varnish or glue.

3. PERFORATED PARTITIONS

The partitions are perforated to maximise the airflow. Additional support and brazing under the floor boards ensure sufficient load factor to support the heavy wine bottles.
