Our Storage Units are designed for developers wishing to transform an existing building into a self-storage complex. The units consist of modular corridor and internal wall panels and high strength steel swing doors and roller doors. There are very few fixings inside the units providing the safest system on the market for your customers!

We use only the best steel base products. Zincalume coating provides ultimate corrosion protection. The internal panel has a special patented 'snap together' interlocking seam and a new profile for added rigidity and excellent visual appearance. The hallway panels have a high gloss finish for added light reflection and durability.

Our modular units allow for easily repeatable sizes for rapid installation and easily calculable spaces based on standard metric dimensions.

Quality and Durability

The zinc/aluminium alloy coating of ZINCALUME®steel delivers far better corrosion resistance than galvanised steel. In fact, our steel lasts up to four times the life of galvanised steel.

Our steel was developed over 40 years ago to withstand the harsh environmental elements found in Australia. Since then it has gone on to prove itself around the world as durable partitioning material.

Steel Storage Streamline System

All internal walls are constructed using our patented vertical interlocking, high security SS750 "Streamline" Safe Edge panel system. The panels are roll formed using resin coated steel at our production facility using zincalume hi-tensile steel. The partitions are set into zincalume channel tracks top and bottom, with vertical channels at intersections. Exposed edges are protected by safety edges to all return folds and there are no vertical fixings, pop rivets or studwork requirements. Patented plastic inserts are fitted into the channel using a 'Click-in' mechanism. Internal wall panels can be dismantled and reassembled to adjust unit layouts.
